JF Carter Neubieser – After running for local office himself at the age of 19, Carter has spent the last five years building the Progressive Movement, including working for Vermont Senator, Bernie Sanders’ 2020 presidential campaign and 2018 Senate reelection campaign. Since moving to Vermont in late 2015 to attend and eventually graduate from the University of Vermont, he has helped recruit, advise, and support just under two dozen candidates for local office.
