Please indicate your preference as to which day on the volunteer form below. We will attempt to place you on your preferred date, but we may have to make last-minute changes as the need arises.
We have four shifts available:
Friday, February 25 – 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm – set up exhibitor tables and seating for attendees
Saturday, February 26 – 7:30 am to 9:30 am – help exhibitors set up their tables, check-in attendees arriving for the conference, staff the breakfast bar, handing out coffee and muffins Shift 2 is full
Saturday, February 26 – 1:15 pm to 3:45 pm – keep an eye on the Zoom chats for the afternoon workshops to see if any questions are coming in from the virtual audience Shift 3 is full
Saturday, February 26 – 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm – breakdown and cleanup
