Fourteen teams of Green Chefs will be vying to create the most delicious, sustainable and creative dishes at the Real Food Collaborative Green Chef Cook-off Saturday night, October 20 at the Monday Club. What is the secret ingredient they will be given to work into their recipes? We don’t know either, but you’ll find out when you taste the appetizers, main dishes and desserts created by the teams.
