Save the date – free event at the SLO Library September 7th

SLO County Citizens’ Climate Education (CCE) is hosting a talk by Susan Callery, Managing Editor of NASA’s Climate website (ret.) and Don Gaede, MD on Visualizing Climate Change from NASA’s Unique Perspective and How You Can Help While Improving Your Health and Wealth.  The talk will be from 9:00-11:30 am on Saturday, September 7th in the SLO Library Community Room, 995 Palm Street.  Admission is free, but please register in advance here.

SLO CCE is a chapter of the national 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. They are a nonpartisan grassroots educational and advocacy group comprised entirely of volunteer citizens. They educate SLO County residents about the climate emergency and how they can help reduce carbon emissions to preserve a livable planet.  More information about SLO CCE can be found here https://slocce.org/.
