Slow Money SLO celebrating its 10th anniversary

Slow Money SLO is welcoming everyone to their 10th Anniversary Celebration, June 30 from 5-7 pm at the Octagon Barn Milking Parlor on Higuera Street.  Sample sips and bites from local businesses while getting to know owners and learning about their passion, vision, and progress.

If you haven’t heard of Slow Money SLO, you should check out their web site.  Their mission is to support the sustainable growth of small food, beverage and farm businesses which benefit the local food ecosystem and the economic development and health of the SLO County region.  Slow Money connects lenders with food-oriented businesses needing micro-loans for expansion of their businesses.  Many names who have benefitted from this matchmaking will be familiar to you: SLO Food Co-op, Mama Ganache, Whalebird Kombucha, Back Porch Bakery, and Bang the Drum Brewery.

While this event is FREE for guests, you will need a ticket to attend. There is a limited number of tickets, so click here to snag yours before they run out.
