Robert Barnett, Farmer and Organizer, Heart and Soil Farms
Starting in 2012, Rob co-founded an entrepreneurship education program for middle school and high school students called Aspire3 in Ventura County. Since then he has worked and volunteered as a garden educator, chef, community organizer, green business consultant & worker, cooperative development workshop facilitator, and farmer… sometimes all in the same week. Rob participates in conferences and convergences for land-based livelihoods and bio-regional approaches to climate disruption and generating inter-generational equity.
