At the May 20 SPOKES Spring Salutes luncheon, Ecologistics was proud to receive the 2016 HINDsight Award and a $1,000 grant for sharing a lesson learned.
Lesson Learned – Do an evaluation before jumping into a new program.
Insight – When someone in your organization suggests a great sounding new project or program do these things:
- Express enthusiasm because you do not want to crush new ideas but to encourage them.
- Take no action for 48 hours.
- Do a reality check.
- Ask, “Is there someone else doing similar work?”
