Food and music at CCBioneers

Good eats and good music are waiting for you at the 9th annual Central Coast Bioneers Conference, Saturday, November 3 at the Oak Glen Pavilion, SLO Botanical Garden.  SLO Natural Foods Co-op, will provide a light breakfast and coffee and lunch for conference attendees.  Featuring “all the food that’s fit to eat,” SLO Natural Foods will dish out local, organic, non-GMO meals in your choice of vegetarian, vegan or omnivore.  Pre-purchase is required with your registration.

Pre-conference and break time music will be performed by a local treasure – artist and world music master Timo Beckwith.  Timo’s pursuits span a wide range of visual and performing arts including painting, sculpture, mask making, photography, sculptural lighting, film making, theatrical production design, teaching, and performing.  Timo has designed the stage art for most of our Central Coast Bioneers conferences.

At lunch we will be entertained with “jazz-infused, groove-laden, existential trance ‘blues’-grass”  performed by one of SLO County’s newest collectives, the Erin Inglish Trio.  What is jazz-infused, groove-laden, existential trance ‘blues’-grass music you may ask?  Well there’s only one way to find out – register now for the Central Coast Bioneers Conference – www.ecologistics.org.
