Welcome California College Corps Fellows!

Ecologistics was invited to participate in the first AmeriCorps College Fellowship program, or “College Corps.”  This fellowship is providing 6,500 college students statewide with service-learning opportunities over the span of one academic year to tackle statewide challenges in climate action, K-12 education, and food insecurity.  The Coastal California Civic Leadership Consortium consists of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CSU Long Beach, Cuesta College, and Allan Hancock College.

Ecologistics was assigned 12 Fellows for the 2022-2023 academic year who will be assisting four of our sponsored organizations with their programs.  We welcome Khin Han, Teresa Pham, Kristine Javar, Joy Steeves, Sergio De Leon and Paige Fisher, who will be working with the SLO Climate Coalition, Sofia Reyes and Mari Caballero, who will be working with the SLO Food System Coalition, Jorge Marin and Noelle Wasson, who will be working with the SLO Beaver Brigade, and Chris DiMaggio and Christine Choie, who will be working with Home Front Environmental Justice Morro Bay.
