Central Coast Bioneers Green Marketplace

“I came away re-energized and inspired to keep on working on a variety of endeavors.”

“We wanted you to know how inspiring the content of Bioneers continues to be and how grateful we are you brought it closer to home.”

“We were informed and inspired by the speakers and workshops and came away with all kinds of ideas on actions we can take.”

“Another uplifting and thought-provoking weekend.”

These are some of the comments coming in via e-mail and feedback forms about the 2013 Central Coast Bioneers conference.”Conference” really isn’t the best word for this approximately 35 hours of celebration, cross-pollination, learning and empowering that occurred over the three days. Beautiful weather brought people outside to enjoy the Green Marketplace and the delicious lunches provided by Linnaea’s Cafe. Once again the Green Chefs delighted us with their culinary skills. One of the highlights of this year’s conference was the appearance in person of Nina Simons, Bioneers co-founder and creator of Cultivating Women’s Leadership. Her talk about the importance of story to our human existence was one of the most important messages to emerge. It is compelling stories, not facts and figures, that will change people’s minds.

Thank you to our wonderful sponsors, volunteers, exhibitors and vendors who supported us and worked so hard to bring the community not only a memorable event, but lasting positive change to the place we love.
